Code Supply, LLC (“Code Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Washington limited liability company that provides custom computer services, including AI agents for customer experience across SMS, messaging, and voice channels. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at codesupply.com (the “Site”), interact with our AI agents (including demo chatbots), or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to individuals located in the United States. Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
1. Information We Collect

When you contact us, request services, or interact with an AI agent, we may collect:
- Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number;
- Business or organization name and role;
- The content of messages, voicemails, calls, and chat transcripts;
- Appointment details and other information needed to provide a service;
- Any other information you choose to share with us.
b. Information collected automatically
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps);
- Mobile phone number and carrier when you exchange SMS messages with us;
- Caller ID and call metadata when you place or receive a voice call with us;
- Opt-in records, including the date, time, and method of consent.
c. Information from third parties
We may receive limited information about you from our service providers (for example, our SMS and voice infrastructure provider, Zoom) and from wireless carriers solely as needed to deliver messages and calls.

3. SMS and Text Messaging Program
a. Program description
Code Supply operates two categories of SMS interactions on 10DLC and toll-free numbers:
- Consumer-initiated AI chatbots (including demos). You start the conversation by texting one of our published numbers. By initiating the conversation, you consent to receive replies from the chatbot.
- Appointment reminders for existing customers. If you are an existing customer and have provided your mobile number with consent to receive reminders (for example, during scheduling), we may send you reminders related to your appointment. We do not send appointment reminders without your prior opt-in.
b. Message frequency
- Chatbot interactions: frequency varies based on your interaction.
- Appointment reminders: no more than three (3) messages per appointment.
c. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details.
d. Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages from that program. To opt back in, reply START or contact us at supportcodesupplycom.

f. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice.

Consent to receive SMS messages from Code Supply is not a condition of any purchase.

Code Supply does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
4. Voice Calls
Voice interactions with our AI agents (including inbound calls you place to us and outbound calls you have consented to receive) may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and improvement. We operate under applicable two-party consent laws and will provide notice of recording where required. Voice calls are not used to deliver marketing or promotional content.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services. Our SMS and voice infrastructure provider is Zoom; Zoom’s phone and text messaging policy is available at zoom.com/en/trust/zoom-phone-text-messaging-policy. Service providers are bound by contract to use information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Code Supply, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to protections consistent with this Policy.
SMS Opt-In Data — Carrier-required disclosure. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through SMS, voice, and chatbot interactions for no longer than ninety (90) days after the interaction, except where a longer retention period is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain records of consent and opt-out for compliance purposes. After the applicable retention period, information is deleted or de-identified.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacycodesupplycom and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Your Choices
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You may unsubscribe from any email by following the instructions in the email or by emailing us.

We collect this information from you directly, from your device, and from our service providers. We use it for the purposes described in Section 2 and share it only as described in Section 5.
